AKGCL SIGHT FLOW INDICATOR – SANITARY CLAMPED CONNECTIONS

The model AKGCL is a clamp‐on full view sight flow indicator. It provides full 360° viewing of process media and is designed to provide maximum visibility of system fluid. End connections are standard clamp‐on type, sanitary design; ideal for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and general processing industry. This unit is best suited for vertical applications, but horizontal mounting is allowed when no mechanical force is exerted on the glass cylinder.  Standard clamp sizes range from 1” through 6”.  Standard end flange material is 316L SS, with other materials available as an option.

Model AKG-VWLN

ARCHON model AKG-VWLN is a fluoro thermoplastic sight flow indicator. It provides full 360° viewing of process media and is designed to provide maximum visibility of system fluid. End connections are stainless steel, swaged according to the NRS®(Non Retention System) concept. VIEWLINE® is ideal for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. Fluoro thermoplastic is the most translucent non-glass sight gauge on the market. VIEWLINE® is capable of handling temperatures from -40°F to 300°F. Also available with a stainless steel safety guard for higher pressure applications.
