ARCHON Industries, Inc. is a U.S. based manufacturer and global distributor of equipment for the processing industry. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Suffern, NY, we supply washdown stations, sanitary fittings, valves, sightglasses, manways, spray balls, level gauges, process lighting, and brewery equipment to some of the most demanding processing and production facilities in the world.
Our products are manufactured and assembled at our Suffern, NY facility and shipped to customers across North America and around the world.
HISTORY
ARCHON Industries was incorporated in 1993 with a clear mission: supply the processing industry with reliable, high-quality mechanical equipment backed by responsive engineering support. More than 30 years later, that mission drives everything we do.
What began as a specialized manufacturer of washdown equipment has grown into a full-line processing equipment supplier serving facilities across pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy, chemical, power, brewing, and other sectors. We are proud to have earned the trust of global brands and independent operators alike, from large-scale food manufacturers to craft breweries and beyond.
WHAT WE SUPPLY
- Washdown Equipment: Mixing stations, hose assemblies, spray nozzles, hose reels, enclosures, and accessories for steam and water washdown applications
- Brewery Equipment: Brewers hose, valves, carbonation stones, spunding valves, fittings, and hose adapters; authorized distributor of Zimmerlin, Kieselmann, and HAKE
- Fittings: Sanitary fittings in clamp, flanged, DIN, and SMS styles, available in 304 and 316 stainless steel
- Valves: A wide range of industrial and sanitary valves for processing applications
- Sightglasses: For visual monitoring of flow in processing lines
- Sight Flow Indicators: For confirming liquid flow direction and condition

WORKING WITH ARCHON
Standard orders ship from our Suffern, NY facility on short lead times. Most products are available in multiple material configurations, with standard connection types and a broad range of accessories.
Custom configurations are available for applications with non-standard pressure ratings, temperature requirements, or material specifications. Our engineering team is available to assist with product selection, system design, and specification review.
